We are aware and sensitive to the fact that a divorce is stressful enough without the added burden of excessive legal fees. Our divorce attorneys have therefore streamlined our approach to such an extent that we will finalise your uncontested divorce at a fixed rate as agreed upon even before the first consultation.
Mediation is an excellent way of confidentially resolving disputes between parties. It can greatly reduce the costs and risks involved with settling disputes and are less confrontational. We mediate divorces, parenting plans and maintenance disputes.
A parenting plan is an agreement between the parties which, if drafted properly, can represent the best possible arrangements pertaining to their children under the parties’ circumstances and avoid future litigation between the parties. It also aims to ensure the ideal participation of both parents and their minor child, especially where a parenting plan is drafted after a proper process of mediation.
