Her clients include financial institutions, corporate creditors and national law firms seeking reliable representation before the Gauteng Division of the High Court and local Magistrates’ Courts.

Her practice covers a wide range of disputes, including recovery actions, National Credit Act litigation, asset finance recoveries and general commercial litigation. Anneke also oversees urgent applications and correspondent filings, ensuring out-of-town attorneys receive seamless support when litigating in Pretoria. She has streamlined portfolio processes for vehicle finance recoveries and regularly advises on enforcement strategies that protect clients’ commercial interests.
