Bradley is a Senior Associate at Barnard Incorporated with more than seven years of experience advising on civil litigation and related matters. He acts for clients across a variety of sectors, handling disputes ranging from motor vehicle accidents and contractual claims to construction disputes, public liability matters and family law issues. Bradley is known for his clear advice and thorough preparation, ensuring his clients receive practical solutions in challenging circumstances.

 

His practice covers both court-based litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Bradley regularly appears in the High Court and Magistrates’ Court and has additional experience in pensions law, governance matters and recoveries. He also advises on corporate investigations and is skilled at managing complex claims processes, including debt recovery and sectional title disputes. His broad expertise enables him to support clients with strategic, commercially aware advice across contentious and non-contentious matters.

 

Bradley holds an LLB and was admitted as an attorney in 2017. He has also completed the FSCA Trustee Toolkit programme, reflecting his knowledge in pensions and governance issues. His steady and solutions-focused approach makes him a trusted adviser to private and commercial clients alike.
