Salome is an Associate in Barnard’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, where she represents private and corporate clients in a broad range of disputes – from general litigation to property matters and eviction proceedings, and insurance and labour law disputes. Her meticulous research ability and court-ready drafting skills enable her to craft persuasive pleadings, summonses and court applications that keep matters moving swiftly.
Before joining Barnard, Salome honed her advocacy in busy Johannesburg and Pretoria practices, gaining hands-on experience with High Court appearances, estate administration mandates and CCMA proceedings. Clients value her calm, solutions-focused approach, as well as her knack for distilling complex legal issues into clear, actionable advice.
