Xander is a Junior Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department at Barnard Incorporated, where he advises on a broad range of corporate disputes and recovery matters. He acts for clients facing complex commercial issues, including contractual breaches, director and shareholder conflicts, business rescues and insolvencies.
